How do you raise awareness of a region full of urban experiences and outdoor adventures just waiting to be discovered? Create a dynamic and interactive online campaign featuring an integrated Concierge Service microsite that gives people the opportunity to pick their ideal holiday. Our team did just that with Destination BC to help raise awareness of all British Columbia has to offer.

 

The interactive British Columbia Concierge Service gives travelers:

  • A tailored, streamlined way to stumble upon ideas they may never thought of for that region – from romantic getaways to foodie-focused experiences to rainforest and wildlife adventures
  • The ability to sort by type of activity they are passionate about, like surfing, hiking or wine tasting, to show them all British Columbia has to offer for what they already love
  • Matching their sense of adventure with opportunities to engage with local culture, for a well-rounded view of the region

The campaign—which includes creative display advertising—also refreshes with the season, so after showcasing summer-focused activities when rolling out earlier in June, travelers can now discover winter adventures through the wrap up in February next year.

See below for some snapshots of the campaign, which is reaching consumers in the US, UK, Australia and other parts of Canada. By combining a fun interactive microsite with a tailored, custom approach appealing to what the traveler already has interest in, the team is looking at generating significant results.
